Refund Policy
All sales of Digital Goods are final. We do not offer refunds as a matter of course. Due to the nature of digital products—which can be copied, accessed, or used immediately upon delivery—refunds are not available except where we are required by applicable law or where our staff, in their sole discretion, explicitly agrees to a refund in writing.
If you believe you have exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charge, product not delivered as described, or a technical error on our side), you may contact support to request a refund. Any refund is entirely at our discretion. Approval of a refund requires manual review and explicit agreement by our staff. We are under no obligation to grant a refund request. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of payment without our prior written approval are considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension, ban, and/or further action (see the Fraud and Abuse section in our Terms of Service).
